Great customer interaction. Clear and concise agreements and instructions. Rig was well maintained and clean inside and out. Return process was quick and efficient. We will rent from you again.

We've had great experiences renting RV's and keep returning for trips we have planned.
Well dealing on the phone was fine. Arriving at the rental was not so amusing. They couldn't find the reservation. So getting there right at one did not good. Two other customers who arrived after we did got served first. Nobody mentioned that the introduction to renting would take twenty minutes. So we didn't get started for an hour after we arrived. Maybe they could take reservations so you don't have to wait around.
I was able to reserve on line but have not gotten reply to phone messages that I have left. I would be nice to speak to a person
Very fast, friendly and thorough service over the phone. I gave a four star rating because I felt a bit rushed when I called back to ask a question. I also don't like that I have to talk to a US home base and can't call to talk to someone at the Canadian location I am renting from.
Easy to navigate but it froze up and I had to put everything in twice
